| RETURN POLICY - HOME FURNISHINGS
Hanalei Home products are custom made and therefore are not returnable. However, merchandise will be replaced in the unlikely event of a defect. Merchandise must be returned in new condition with the return shipment postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original shipment. Like all fine textiles, Hanalei Home products should be dry-cleaned for best results. RETURN POLICY - ROBES, CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS AND OTHER IN-STOCK ITEMS If your Hanalei Home "in stock" merchandise fails to meet your satisfaction, simply return it for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price, or a merchandise credit if you no longer have the receipt or a record of the purchase. Merchandise must be returned in new condition with the return shipment postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original shipment. (Christmas Stockings are not returnable after 12/25/07.) RETURN POLICY - OUTLET CENTER Sales of merchandise from the Outlet Center are final. |
